I am retired military with 24 years service across the United States Marine Corps and the United States Army. I was lucky enough through my military career to be stationed at Fort Campbell for several years, through the 160th SOAR(A), Korea and back three times, and deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. I have been married to the same beautiful woman for 27 years, have two, married children, 25 and 22, and a granddaughter almost 1 years old. From the time I reached 10 years in the military I knew I wanted to pursue teaching. When I retired in 2014, from Korea, I decided to come back to Clarksville and return to school to pursue my teaching career. I student taught here at Woodlawn, and after graduating in May 2018 was offered a teaching position in 4th Grade Math. I am extremely passionate about teaching Math and the new strategies that seem to surface often. Your children will be treated with the utmost respect in my classroom, and will also be treated as my own children.
