Welcome to WES home of the Bulldogs! Educating and improving student achievement has been a passion of mine for the past 24 years. Over the years at CMCSS, I have taught 3rd grade, Title I math, and 5th grade. Currently, I serve as an Academic Coach at WES. I work with teachers and administrators to review student data, identify & monitor areas for growth, & model research based instructional strategies for teachers. In addition, I provide professional development opportunities for teachers as well. I received a BS in Elementary Education from Ball State University, a MS in Curriculum, Instruction, & Assessment from Walden University, & an Educational Leadership Endorsement from UT Martin. When I'm not at school, I enjoy spending time with my family. I'm proud to be part of one of one of the hardest working and dedicated faculties in the county. I feel honored and blessed to serve with teachers, who share the same mission, to educate and empower our students to reach their potential.
